Subscription Terms

By purchasing a Snow Dance Society subscription, you agree to a recurring billing arrangement. Your payment method will be charged automatically on your monthly billing date for the subscription amount selected at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at snowdancesociety.com or by contacting hello@snowdancesociety.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Cancellations received after that window will take effect the following billing cycle.

Billing

Subscription charges are non-refundable once an order has entered production. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact hello@snowdancesociety.com within 48 hours of the charge and we will investigate.

Modifications

Snow Dance Society reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to the email address on file. Continued use of your subscription after notice of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Fulfillment

Subscription orders are roasted to order and ship within 1 to 5 business days of your billing date via USPS. Delivery takes an additional 1 to 5 business days. Tracking information is sent automatically to the email address on file.
