Refund Policy
Snow Dance Society stands behind every bag that leaves our roaster. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or goes missing in transit, we will make it right.
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Damaged or defective items — if your order arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@snowdancesociety.com within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Lost in transit — if your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or reship at no charge.
Wrong item received — if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it immediately.
Subscription billing — if you would like to cancel a subscription charge, contact us within 48 hours of billing and before your order has shipped. Once an order is in production, we are unable to issue a refund for that cycle.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind, flavor preference, or orders that have already shipped.
To request a refund, contact hello@snowdancesociety.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within one business day.
